We have a DIRECT relationship with few providers in the world of (r50-r65) and HMS1&2 (ISRI 200-206) Heavy Melting Steel. They can guarantee a continuous supply of materials from various sources. All negotiations are done with the actual Seller, not brokers or intermediaries. Site visits may be possible. Seller rathers annual contracts, although Spots will be considered.
Material is sold in bulk. Globalwealth can provide pictures of the material upon request.
The goods are available from several geographical areas. Prices vary according to origin and monthly volume. Goods are delivered FOB or CIF depending on Seller and availability. The rails can be cut to any desired length.
Specification and Chemical Compositions of Used Rails
The seller guarantees the buyer that the goods delivered under the present contract will correspond to the characteristics shown below:

The commodity shall be corresponding as per inspection certificate issued by SGS at port of loading confirming that the commodity meets the following terms:
R50-R65 used lon rails steel scrap, ISRI 200 – 202, as OT may apply, R50-R65 (51,67 KG /RUNNING METER) – GOST 7173-75, R63-R65 (64,72 KG / RUNNING METER) GOST 8165-75
Specifications
Scrap steel to be supplied under the present contract shall conform to the steel scrap specifications and standards of the institute of scrap recycling industries (ISRI) and shall be strictly limited to used rails and scrap steel to standard specifically set forth below:
a) R50-R60: Used rail steel scrap in compliance with (ISRI) Standard classification R50 (51,67 KG/m), Suitable for re-rolling into bars and shapes, free from bent twisted rails, frogs, switches and guard rails or rails with slit rail.
b)R65 used rail steel scrap in compliance with (ISRI) standard classification R65 (64,72KG/m) or (ISRI) code 200 through 202, in lenghts from 6 meters to 12 meters on a per bar basis and cut in 1.5 meters long bar, suitable for re-rolling into bars and shapes, free from bent twisted rails, frogs, switches and guard rails or rails with split rail.
c)Clean scrap free of explosives, without slag, dross, trash, wood, plastics, oily parts, grease, alloy, prohibited goods, whole sets of machine, vehicles and usable parts for machines, cast iron, motor turning blocks, engine blocks, war and explisive or armor plated materials, excess rust, corrotion, dust and dirt, mud or wastes and without harmful impurties and totally free of radioactive contamination and poisonous material and any other materials exceeding the levi accepted and allowed by international acceptable norms or AQSIQ or the import regulations customs.
